Very fun place. Clean, the staff is friendly. We stayed here for a conference. While reading the reviews, I do understand how it get get noisy. So, when booking ask for an outside facing room, not the atrium. In my opinion, that will fix a lot of the problems. Also, people complaining about room service, there are 20 bars within 5 minutes of walking, just head out the door and explore!!! Its a fun and clean hotel. We had a good time.
Safety: The elevators have a key access feature. Makes me feel more secure at night.
Walkability: There are a lot of places within walking distance. Dont listen to the GPS because it says like a 30 minute walk downtown; that is not correct. It is about 10 minutes.

This is our second time staying at Graduate Annapolis and right from the start, we were reminded why we enjoyed it so much the first time. Brandon met us at the car and offered to take out bags up to the room for us just so we didnt have to bring the luggage cart back down! And the, even though Id said we wouldnt need it, he happily pulled the car back around after having just parked it, all the while with a smile. And of course Nick and the rest of the front desk staff are great, even when I came down at 11:30 for extra sheets. The location is perfect because you can walk to the water in 15 minutes or head the other way for great restaurants and other attractions. If youre coming to Annapolis, stay here!
Walkability: 15 minute walk to the end of Main Street. 10 minute drive to the mall. 5 minute walk to Miss Shirleys. What more could you want!

Walking distance to a lot of food places, bars, and shops.
It is also a short walk from the U.S. Naval Academy, St. John's College, and Chesapeake Bay.
The room is nice and clean although I'm not sure the thermostat works. It stayed the same temperature the whole night, which is cold.
I would recommend this place because it is ideally located but the room is not comfortable.
