Smooth experience. We took a king bed room. It was spacious and well lit. The bathroom had everything you need except for toothpaste. The room had a small refrigerator, microwave oven, and coffee maker. The TV had a cable connection. Complimentary breakfast was provided and it had lots of options available. Free wifi available.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn & suites in Annapolis Maryland. To say our stay was absolutely horrible would be an understatement. I feel catfished by this hotel. Yes the rooms look nice, but thats where the good ends. First, they never up front told us that they charge a $50 a day fee for unforeseen damages. That wasnt communicated until we checked in. We booked the room for 2 nights. We did not get in until 5 am our first night, giving them ample time to clean the room. I went straight to the shower first thing after traveling through the night to find someone elses hair in my shower. Further disturbing things we found following that. There was some kind of plate on the ceiling in the shower and it was held up by desk tape and push pins. My towels had some kind of black substance on them. Then I open the window finding a sign saying if we find bugs in our room to contact cleaning services and these bugs are completely harmless. I will never stay in this dirty nasty bug infested hotel ever again. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary.
