I spoke with Richard Green back in December 2023 regarding refinancing my home and taking money out to pay off some bills advising him my goal was to get 100k. He was optimistic and advised we should fill out an application to start the loan refinancing process and get the ball rolling to see what my house appraisal by VA would be. I have been working with Richard for over a decade when it comes to either getting a lower interest rate on my home or refinancing to take out some of the equity. My home appraised higher than expected allowing me to pay off some loans, get a lower interest rate, and the entire process as usual was smooth sailing. I only deal with Richard Green from Presidential Bank when it comes to my VA loan on my home. He is dependable, honest, and a straight shooter who looks out for your best interest and saves you a lot of money. I highly recommend him to anyone based on his character and integrity because unlike other lenders there are no hidden fees. He is not good at what he does...he is the best at what he does hands down every time.

Susan Kilroy was wonderful throughout our process. It wasnt an easy loan for her. She was always positive and went above and beyond to make sure we got the loan and that everything was paid off. Thanks again Susan we will definitely refer you to others who may need a mortgage.
