Competitively priced for heating oil. Friendly staff. They must always be in high demand because I can rarely ever get through to a live person when I attempt to make a phone call to their office. So I usually just stop by their office in person to place an order. Their oil delivery schedule is very reliable. Been a customer of theirs for many years. I highly recommend this company.

I liked them up til this year service...we had our furnace cleaned in oct or nov. 2023. Started to have problems with it shortly after so we called them to come out again, and was told at no charge. Then some other different gent came out to service us and said we needed this and that. I said no we should be fine we didnt start to have any probs til u all cleaned our furnace and we filled the tank. So was not sure at this point if it was their fuel or just the person trying to attempt to fix the problem... Then a short spell after that, we started having issues again. The first gent that originally came out to clean our tank was the third timer to come to our home. I explained to him the prob and he did what he did the 1st time and told us to put 911 stuff in it for whatever reason now I cannot recall. But we received bills for this 3 time event. I phoned and spoke with a rep and tried to explain we are a one income family at that time due to myself having had surgery 2 mos be4...and he stated he would still charge us for the 3rd time comin out and take off 1/3 of cost on 2nd timer comin out to us. Did not make much sense but whatever. Every one has become greedy and makes me mad. Then had spoke with a ladee that could not hear us today then tried back got another person and she did not seem knowledgeable on how to chat with customers on the phone. So may be lookin into another company this coming heating time of year. Three strikes youre out!! :( Seems as though you should be helping folks the right way and not taking advantage of anyone senior, vet or single mom, etc. Truly disappointed!!!
