No workers. I've waited a week to see a human . I've stopped 4 times and different parts of the day. And all I hot was one voice-mail telling me to drop off my bank statement. But didn't leave a time, or who to talk to and let alone a business with no voice-mail. I've spent more money driving over here to get my own money back. I'd have to say awful customer service. Cause there's no employees apparently!!!!!

This place is a magnet for the homeless. During the winter months, I had no issues here. Now, the last two times I've come here, I've walked in to find either smelly homeless people trying to steal my clothes or someone who took my wet clothes out of the dryer to put their clothes in and steal my money. I feel it's safe to assume that this place gets worse as the weather gets warmer. If I have to babysit my laundry for two hours, I might as well drive to a nicer laundromat that's further away since the biggest appeal to this place was how close it is to my apartment.

Clean, polite people and staff and affordable
