There staff all deserve 5 stars .Went in there yesterday wanting to go back to an iPhone from my galaxy from us cellular and made it painless and simple .Also figured out what bolba was while waiting for the transfer and may need to try it .Very friendly and checked every promotion to the point I didnt have to pay anything to switch .If I wasnt moving to Florida Id go there every time if I had an issue .WIsh I could remember the agents name because shes was super helpful with helping me move everything from my galaxy to iPhone . Id give them 10 stars if I could

My Android phone needed to be replaced and I was fortunate to have store manager Cooper work with me and upgrade me to a Motorola phone. When the mailed Motorola phone arrived at my home, I went back to the Maine Mall store late that day and was able to have Cooper and asst. mgr. Kyle work at getting that phone operational and preparing the old phone for return by mail. In addition, Cooper had told me about T-Mobile's WiFi, so I came prepared to change to T-Mobile's equipment and service. This really was a fantastic retail experience.
