I don't like reviews so this is the 2nd review of my life, but if I can save anyone from the experience I just had it is worth it! Do NOT allow someone to start threading until you are sure they know what you want, what they are thinking and even ask for pencil outline. I've had my eyebrows threaded for 10 years with no issues until now. I have 2 different size brows completely, 1 with a flat shape and one slightly arched. Went in with a thick brow at the inner side and now they are pencil thin. She argued with me that they look great and that they are supposed to look like that, definitely a horrible experience. I've never had to have her stop before and due to the pain and feeling like she was taking virgin hair I had to pause 3 times. Once complete I realized why. She took 1/2 my brows, all my arches and the thick parts of my brow completely. A pencil will not correct this😥 I went to Macys to get a pencil to try to correct it and the clique attendant said she botched his brows terribly last month.

I don't write reviews online but I have to save whoever is reading this and considering this store.
very poor customer service. I kept my eyebrows for almost 5 months but the lady I found there ruined them.She took almost everything I had and left me with lines. I regret trying threading, this was my first time and I had the worse experience ever at this store.
Please don't even try!!!!!
