Fully recommend Tom Landry and the Benchmark team! When I decided to sell my Portland condo I researched the top agents in the area and called Tom because he has sold more than anybody else. Interviewed a few other experienced agents but ultimately hired Tom and never regretted it. He and team made the process so easy for me: preparing and staging my condo, then marketing the listing and expertly negotiating offers so we could sell for a number much higher than I expected with a worry-free, quick closing. I've used a few other agents previously but Tom stands far above the rest. Found my realtor for life!

All around, a great experience. Working with Benchmark was the best decision I could have made. Tom offered his guidance and expertise which was spot on. The listing price was perfect. My home sold immediately for more than the asking price.
The process was smooth and surprisingly simple for selling a home. Tom had great suggestions to prep my home. His honesty and experience was much appreciated and these small changes certainly paid off!

Tom Landry and the Benchmark team sold our historic home! Tom coached us along the way and provided sound, practical advice regarding how to prepare the vintage home for the best possible showing. They provided recommended resources that always came through. Tom was spot-on with pricing and the house sold above asking price in a week. The Benchmark team went beyond what other agents would do in conducting in-depth research about the homes history and previous owners that added to the appeal. Mary and Shannon were on top of everything and quick to get back to us with answers to questions. Weve moved a lot and dealt with many agents across the country. Only one comes close to our Benchmark experience (but they are not in Maine). If we were buying or selling another home in southern Maine, Tom Landry and Benchmark would be our first stop.
