If I could give negative stars I would worst company ever to get intouch with mailbox is always full and no one returns call how are you a medical supplier and don't have anyone answering phone or returning calls this is by far the worst experience and I haven't even got the damn nebulizer machine yet

Calling for days, no one answers and you can't leave a message because the voice mail are full!

I have tried to get my rollator from these people for weeks. They don't answer the phone or emails. I finally get a voicemail to call and schedule a pickup but as I stated, they don't answer the phone. I drove there and read the sign in the window that said pickup by appointment only, please call. After looking into a few windows there wasn't anyone around. This company does a great disservice to the disabled and I can only hope for the state to close the door to this place for good

Dealing with this company On behalf of patients I care for has been frustrating to say the least. Nobody seems to be able to answer the phone or return messages phone calls or emails. There have been months in between an order being placed and correspondence for information required to complete the order. I would not recommend this company

On hold. Finally redirected to voicemail. Voicemail box is full "thank you for calling. Good bye" no way to reach a person or leave a message!
