      image Over the course of several years, I missed three appointments due to unexpected meetings at work. Without warning, I was told the office policy is to put me on “same day status”, meaning they will only see me the day of a cancellation. In other words, no ability to schedule the time in advance to plan around work. I was going here quarterly for years, and this is how they treat patients. Don’t waste your time on a place that is all about money and doesn’t care that patients are also people who have lives.
