Edit - If I could give negative stars I would. I am a customer now of 16+ years. Once again I am having my debit card declined multiple times trying to make a small purchase online at a reputable website for an item that is only made once in limited quantity, and I've now lost the chance to make said purchase. Of course it is 10pm so I can not contact anyone to fix this. I am sick of this, there is ample money in my account and there is no reason for this to be happening. Worst financial institution around, they should be shut down. I will be finding a new place to do my banking from now on.
I've been a member for 10+ years, and have been locked out of my account for trying to pay my rent. This is a transaction I do every month, for the same amount, to the same payee, from the same computer, and this time out of the blue I'm locked out. Of course, it's outside business hours and the only way to fix this is by calling. Maybe if you're going to block someone from their money you should have a 24 hour option to fix it. Regardless, now my rent will be late and I will be looking for a new credit union.
