Can not say enough about Community Cellular located at 601 Stillwater Avenue in Old Town, Maine, and mind one this even goes way back to when they purchased Unicell and were located in the University Mall, Orono, so to me this speaks volumes. ‘Anywho,’ my issue today revolved around an iPhone XR that was plagued with multiple issues regarding iOS 13 from the ‘gitgo,’ that had forcing me back to my iPhone 7. So today I opted to take the XR in which I had updated to iOS 14.0.1 in hopes that the glitches had been somewhat stabilized or resolved, only to find out that the camera was inoperable. I debated looking into having the camera repaired if possible or spring for a new iPhone. I capitulated to the latter with an iPhone SE. Stephanie was working and in all honesty she is the epitome of what a employee should be regardless of venue, making the transition seamless. She is knowledgeable, professional, communicative, friendly and jovial which made the experience even a greater pleasure. She is and would be the feathers, not feather in any employers cap. If I owned a business I would hire her hands down, period end and I thank her sincerely for an exemplary experience!!!
