First,the Manager on duty at the location is RUDE and doesn't want to be doing his job.
Location has ROACHES. Which I didn't know until it was too late.had No hot water for the entire 2 day stay,couldn't bath while I was sleeping with te roaches..
Second they wouldn't refund my Money so I could move to another location.Charged an 80 deposit fee upon check it which is NOT stated Anywhere on their website,third party site Or is there a Sign informing you of such deposit fee.
I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE! When you call Wydham Corporate about their franchised location, they tell you uts not their responsibility as it is franchised and I have to discuss with Manger at location. WORST experience I've had! I left as soon as I killed two roaches n opened the fridge to the third!
GROSS and the entire company is UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!
Rooms: The whole place is gross!!
Safety: ROCAHES!!!
Noteworthy details: DIRTY!!! Also found a water bottle in the freezer you can see the Dirt on the surfaces

Stayed here 10/1/2023. I do not recommend. No breakfast. Attendant could not speak English. Their replies that they are remodeling are lies. I believe they may be illegally hiring non-registered foreigners and requested immigration to investigate. If you have had similar incidents PM me (Paul Pribis) and I will add your info to a class action I have a law firm interested in
against this business, as well as my complaint with the ME AG OFFICE OF CONSUMER PROTECTION. Fraudulently offering breakfast through the mail is a federal offence.

My family and I were stranded badly in the recent storm that took out our electricity and flooded our basement. We called all local hotels and however, no one was as good and as responsive as this Super 8. Initially when we called this location, they were very honest about not having electricity or heat they afford us reasonable prices. Once hotel got their electricity we were so grateful that we ended up at this Super 8. From answering the phone calls and helping us out in this chaotic situation - my family and I are extremely pleased with the services here. We had a good shelter, heat, and running water in this storm. Location is clean. Our bed was comfortable and we had heat all night. The manager at the front desk took care of all our needs and put us as ease in regards to any updates about floods and electricity. My family and I would like to applaud the hard work of each and every staff at this location. We will be visit this hotel again in the future - even better news from the manager was that they will be renovating the hotel completely.
