      image We visited the Polo outlet in Kittery, Maine, at 9:08 AM and checked out with Stephanie. What a horrible checkout experience. We found Stephanie to be ill-tempered and rude. She did not seem to know what she was doing at all. She contradicted herself twice concerning the email and rewards program for coupons.
      When we called her on it, her attitude declined even further. The manager came over as she sensed we were not happy at all, as she knew we were regular customers, high rollers. Too many type-A personalities all wanting to be in charge. For the record, we were polite until Steph was at checkout. The folks in Kittery could learn a lot from the store in Wrentham, MA. The very best Polo factory store we have ever shopped.
