Since its been under new ownership the staff are alot more customer friendly and the place is much cleaner will definitely be going back

Ordered my sandwich online and this is what I got when I opened the bag. Very very poor quality and not even cut just ripped in half. Bought it today at 12:15pm clearly training is needed. For what I paid for and what I received definitely not impressed.

Ordered 4 sandwiches at Hermon, Maine Subway. As two of my sandwiches were prepared, flies crawled all over the two sandwiches waiting to be made. Bread was sliced open, and the flies crawled all over the inside of the bread. When I asked for fresh bread, the employee set my fly bread aside. I sure do hope she didnt reuse the bread. I was very disappointed in the amount of flies in the store and crawling on my bread. 10/12/21 approximately 7 P.M. The counter person didnt offer an apology for the flies. Very disappointed with my visit.
