If I could give this less then one star I probably would.... sad to see something like this happen I thought this was a good place they maintain the kids well and all but I've been threatened by staff and their professionalism is lacking big time... lost my job over this place for having to constantly pick them up everyday for constant fevers that my children are not having.. so no sadly I do not recommend this facility for child care....

I cannot share enough good things about Cradle Inn Daycare. My son has been going here since he was 6 weeks old; and I have never questioned my decision. My son loves all his teachers both present and former as do I. Many of them have talked me through the developmental concerns that I have with my son and they really helped me see that its okay that he isn't doing X at X months old.
My son is excited every morning to go to school (we call it school because he is now learning his alphabet and counting); he is always happy to go and see his friends. My son is able to recite his alphabet and talk in sentences ("I go play") My husband and I work with him on the weekends, but the daycare has really helped him grow into the loveable, social, and intelligent person he is today.

The facility is extremely clean and staff is very professional as well as the staff. I am very impressed with the level of care my grandson receives at this facility. He has been attending since the age of six weeks. They consistently work with him in every step of development. I am amazed at what he is learning. Whether picking up or dropping off, staff listens for instructions, or provides a briefing about the day. I feel confident that he attends this establishment. Cradle Inn is not just a daycare, it’s your child’s home away from home.

Beware: Karen is running a money business and not a daycare. She treats the children horribly. She is the real life iteration of Cruella De Vil! I sent my child there until she started displaying behavior that was very alarming. She was having nightmares, wouldn't eat and was absolutely frightened to go to daycare. When Karen called me up at work and said I had to pick up my child because she wouldn't stop crying I knew then something very wrong is happening at Cradle Inn Daycare. I picked my child up and never looked back and of course she wouldn't refund my last weeks tuition she makes you pay up front. This women is truly horrific person. PLEASE do not send your child here. Her turn around is very poor as she can't keep the parents who actually care about their kids. Beware!

My husband and I signed up our unborn daughter for daycare in late April and she wouldn’t be attending daycare until October at the earliest. We went in and spoke with Dan and went over a few things, we took the contract home and the handbook and read things over cover to cover. We talked it over and decided that we wanted to bring our daughter there. I went in with the contract (unsigned) because I still had a few things to ask before I signed it. I spoke with Karen and I told her that there was a chance that I would not be working, I asked what was non refundable. She stated that the registration fee was non refundable but did not clearly state that the first and last week of daycare totaling $480 were also non refundable, so I signed the contract and paid her the first week and registration fee, a few weeks later I paid the last week of daycare. Not even three weeks later I called and spoke with her telling her that I would in fact be staying home and we didn’t need daycare, this was June 2nd. She told me that the fees were non refundable and wouldn’t even listen to what I was telling her. She was extremely rude over the phone and before hanging up said all I can say is sorry. So I called my husband and he called Dan to talk about the situation, he said Dan was more understanding but still not willing to refund us any of the money. He said Dan told him they had turned away a lot of people who wanted to get their child in. We later wrote them an email stating that they had time to fill the spot (we gave them 4 months notice) so they had ample time to find someone to fill it and we did them a courtesy by telling them so soon. We hired legal counsel and they informed us that the contract was not legally binding. It in fact did not state that the first and last week tuition were non refundable. The Flannery’s did not cooperate when we served them with papers, we didn’t pursue it any further because of the cost it would be on us. They eventually refunded us half of the money but ignored our requests for the other half several times. They were both very unprofessional and rude and this was a blessing in disguise because after this situation arose we found out a lot of questionable things about this daycare. Frankly I’m glad we won’t be sending out daughter to a daycare that didn’t even pass code on a few things. Do yourself a favor and rethink sending your child here.
