Farris law has systemic quality control issues and fosters a culture of taking no responsibility for their mistakes. The multiple glaring mistakes that Greg Farris made in my transaction – which I caught – could have had extremely negative consequences for me had I not brought them to his attention. He was cavalier in laughing it off, and then invoiced me for the time he spent fixing his own mistakes. Then invoiced me again after I had already paid it. Again, he brushed it off when I brought it to his attention.
Greg Farris may have been a good attorney decades ago, but its time for him to retire. It seems he missed the memo that it’s no longer acceptable to talk down to women, call them pet names like “kiddo,” and “honey” and mansplain his way through professional interactions. And he also doesn’t use e-mail, or Docu-sign in 2021.
If you’re considering Farris Law…Run the other way. I didn’t have a choice. Hopefully you do. Choose literally ANY other attorney.

Scott Ladd of Farris Law is a very thorough and highly competent tittle attorney. If it passes his screening, then you know you have a clean title.

My husband and I requested advice concerning the drawing up of legal documents. Attorney Scott Ladd, whom we have worked with previously, was very helpful again with advice and preparation.
