It's all good when you have a scheduled appt but they never answer phone before 8am. Ive called left message each day for a call back and nothing. I realize these places are backed up and over booked and short handed but make an effort to call back. I should not have to nag.

A year ago I reached out to Pines and asked if they were accepting new patients and if they had female providers specifically accepting patients. They confirmed they were so I had my records sent over. Then they called and tried to schedule me with a male provider. I told them that I would prefer to continue driving down state to see my provider if they did not have a female provider available and that I did not wish to schedule with them.
Fast forward a year and they keep calling me during work hours to schedule with a specific male provider. I did not return the call to schedule because I work in a school and often don't have time during their business hours to call - plus I have already told them that I wasn't interested in scheduling with their clinic for a male provider.
They then proceeded to text me that they scheduled me, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, in the middle of the work day. My spouse had to call on my behalf to tell them that this was unacceptable and to both cancel the appointment and stop calling me. They told my spouse that they canceled the appointment and would stop calling me and proceeded to call me immediately after, again in the middle of the work day despite having just been told to stop calling and that I couldn't answer because I work in the school system and am with kids all day.
This clinic needs to get it together. Even if I find myself needing a new provider, I will never use this clinic just because of the mess that is the admin/scheduling team.

Went there for shoulder and hand pain which i have had since Jan 2021, was seen in may and was sent fir xrays. They called to tell me what was found and said needed to see orthopedic surgeon and physical therapist and neither was set up, cause never heard from anyone after that. All they want is the money for seeing you then screw you
