Horrible business! Placed a order online and it stated "orders placed before 1pm will ship same day". I called later the same day to confirm drop off instructions and was rudely talked over and told I shouldnt of been able to place a order that she shut her website down....When I tried to tell her about the website and having screenshots of the confirmation number etc she raised her voice and told me to stop talking.
She tried to tell me she would go to the website now and tell me what it says now...doesn't matter if you changed it now, the website earlier in the day said otherwise.
I asked for a refund and do not recommend going here as she clearly has no idea how to run a business nevermind her website.

I moved away from the local area years ago, but remembered this florist! I was so impressed with the efficiency of their ordering system online. Fun Fact: they ACTUALLY delivered when their online system said they would(unlike other online florists across the US) and early in the day! From selection, to payment process, to notes -perfect! Thank You Prestige, you are the BEST!

Extremely satisfied with the quantity, quality, appearance and timely delivery of the arrangement brought to our home. I highly recommend this florist!
