Went here earlier today for some hair dye for myself and a friend, the young lady who helped us pick brands chose us a dye and then checked us out. We bought everything she suggested. Got home, one of the dyes was a 2 part kit. And it was sold separately. Really wish the staff new their products so I didnt have to waste time to make another trip.

Staff is super nice and helpful even when they are unsure how to help; They do the right thing and find someone who can help. They understand what real customer service is. I am very passionate about creating excellent customer experiences and these employees get it right every time!

Bad customer service in Biddeford store. Rude & they have a attitude not impressed with the staffing associates. Just my opinion this has been my 3rd visit & same bad service the manager has alo to learn about what customer service entails seriously ridiculous. Not a happy customer at all need to find a different place for my hair products. ASAP!!
