Had a terrific experience at Miracle Ear on Stillwater Avenue in Bangor. Recessionist was super professional as well as Steve, a Navy veteran who is the audiologist. Again, a super professional who also gave me great advice for my wife who is having a problem with her balance. Also, the office is very neat and clean.

I am not one to ever write a review but this mornings experience just really P***ed me off and just shows how badly customer service has gone down hill for so many businesses.
Been a customer for 2 years now. Thank God i did get them when i did as it is difficult to read lips when people are wearing masks.
Had an issue with one of them making static so i brought in to have repaired. 2 weeks they told me and no loaner ( they have loaners for 2 week trials ) , but no loaner for current customer. 3 weeks it took and i finally get a call yesterday to pick up. When arriving i am given my device and told, " oh yeah, that's not charged". Really?? you couldn't charge it when i told you i would pick up the next day, anxious to use again to find out its not charged. Their response was pretty much "eh".
Not Impressed, not happy and will spread that joy for all to hear.
