Quality Inn At Bangor Mall

I suspect this particular Quality Inn near the mall is being used as part of a state funded temp home/homeless shelter program. Lots of strange activities after hours in the parking lot and lobby, un marked rental box trucks filled with people in the middle of the night moving freely throughout the parking area and hotel. People passed out in the stairwells and halls.

Good hotel, fair price and comfortable bed. Microwavable breakfast sandwiches were provided in the morning as well as plain bagels, oatmeal and cereal.
My only concern is the fact that housekeeping does not readily clean the room for multinight stays or make the bed. When requested, housekeeping simply leaves fresh towels in a bag outside of the door. Additionally, to request new towels a card must be filled out; however, pens aren't provided in the rooms. I'd suggest that management revise this policy.
Overall, hotel is dated but rooms are relatively comfortable. Review would have easily been 4 stars if the current cleaning policy for multinight stays was revised.

This us our go to place to stay when we come to Bangor! They allow animals, have a really good breakfast and the rooms are nice and clean. It's quiet and they have really friendly staff.

this motel is run by a careless rude person that calls herself a manager i asked for the corporate or owners email and she was rude and refused to give it to me but little does she know i had ways around that i got it from the city and i will be contacting them and she is also not.a professional customer oriented person that calls herself the manager so i think she needs a attitude adjustment and maybe a job shadower to see how treats her employees and guests i will never stay at a quality inn again in bangor me horrible service i give them a 0 rating and there motel could be a little cleaner
