I usually don't write bad reviews but I feel that I have to. My boyfriend Karl Jurson had a Telemed appt on 5/11/20. He had never spoken to or seen this doctor before and was told that the 2 doctors he has seen we're unavailable. Come to find out both doctors were available! Karl has been experiencing insomnia and told him that. He was to call Karl back after he spoke with the doctors. He is yet to call and this is extremely unprofessional and uncaring!!!!

Cant even get appointment my husband wants to try an out of state cardiologist beginning to think he's right.

I spoke to a Sandra who was extremely helpful in providing me information as I am new to Maine. She gave me several Dr Names I could use, including numbers to call and what to ask for. At first, I was a bit worried when I saw the other bad post just about an hour ahead of this one. But my hold time was maybe 10 minutes before Sandra answered, and I am glad that I waited. I have a special heart condition which requires experienced doctors and Sandra gave me the time and information I needed to help myself. Thank You Sandra

Betty in the device department saved my family a lot of grief with a couple phone calls. She went out of her way to help one of her patients. The whole staff has always been great.
