Girl at front counter I think works for security is a nutcase. Thinks it's ok to insult you and scream at you but I don't have any rights. Asked a question to my sister. She didn't like the question and thinks she has the right to scream at me. Shes security. They should screen their employees much more carefully. Shes a time bomb. If you have a bad experience with the nutcase please complain to the hospital

I had a truly miserable experience with this hospital's sleep center. I am in need of a CPAP to help with severe apnea. It took two months to schedule an appointment. Then, two days before I was to travel 200 miles for my overnight appointment, I was told St. Joseph's had a CPAP recall. The scheduler said they were "not doing CPAP titrations" but that I should still show up for a diagnostic sleep study. The billing department then called me to demand a $500 copay (my insurance company had already confirmed that the copay was $100). It turned out the diagnostic study was redundant and not needed. Three months later, I still don't have a CPAP and have no idea when I'll get one. To add insult to injury, I just received a "past due" bill for $500 from Covenant Health, the McHospital company that owns St. Joseph's. This is my second experience getting a CPAP. The previous one was handled competently, I got my CPAP within a few weeks. This experience with St. Joseph's has been a disaster. I would never use this hospital again nor would I use any Covenant McHospitals.

i think they forget they are a faith based hospital system, where some people go because of their faith... St. Joseph has been in my families life for generations so being ill i made my last push at St. Joseph healthcare system, had a few surgeries and all that but everything else has been a fight, was supposed to get an advocate, 2 years later still nothing, hospital has hyperbaric chambers but they don't wanna expand their knowledge of them, it wouldn't be just me that it helped but many others but nope, medical health is always evolving and this place refuses too evolve with medical science, just evolve with social issues... I am a man of faith who is sick, i choose to go to a faith based hospital and all that happened is I lost faith... your not a person, your a "encounter" now... Take the St. Joseph off your hospital and satellite offices cause you are not worthy of using such a name... No one should ever have to fight the system to live, they need to save that fight to live... They even closed the hospital chapel for awhile, people use that chapel for a reason... but to close the chapel in a faith based hospital is just nuts... I've lost 85 pounds in a few years and struggle to walk, i am a ill person who needed faith based treatment but all i got was another fight... ill people shouldn't have to beg to live here, some nurses and doctors are fantastic but their leaving and leaving for a reason... Sadly me and others feel that reason in quality of care and compassion in a faith based hospital... i havent lost my faith in myself, just faith in others at St. Joseph hospital and its satellite offices...

Been in emergency room hallway since 10am. It’s now 1:10 and we continue to sit. My 84 year old mom has a splitting headache, blurred and double vision. She is visible shaking and so we continue to wait. Do not come here for medical care!
