Great place to work, management is slowly regaining control, turning this facility into a better home for the residents and for staff. This place has lots of potential, and headed in a positive direction. Good job Ross Manor.

Delayed pay for employees. Charges employees a $32 fee to replace a check that was lost by the company. If you think high staff turnover won't impact your stay here or a loved ones stay here, you underestimate the importance of continuity of care. Places run like this are a good example of why we keep losing nursing staff to other professions.

I thought the food was good and the staff very caring. If I ever had to need rehab again, Ross Manor is the place I would want to be.
