Came close to getting hacked and my puter was acting weird and they got it turned around and working right again in short order. Top shelf !!!

Bought a pc thinking I couldn't go wrong with geek squad. They told me if I ever had problems I just come back and swap out pc. Pc breaks shortly after purchase, geek squad can't help me, I have to ship my pc to manufacturer on my own dime and if anything broke I was responsible. Not exactly what they told me initially. I was so scared I waited another 7 months just so I could do the swap they talked about. I bring in after the first year warranty is up and they send it back to the same manufacturer themselves and it still cost me $100 to ship even though I have your over expensive total tech membership.pc breaks back and forth to service center twice now. I've been without my pc working for almost a year now and these people don't seem to care about your products when they ship them out. Not sure if I'll ever see that pc again but I know one thing for sure. These people are a rip off and don't care about their customers
