Those places is a joke we stood at the front desk for 10 mins with no one there to seat us.So we took a seat at the bar to be asked to move because of no bartender on duty. So we move to the area they directed and still no service for 10 mins .Very poor magenment and staff.

I always have good experiences, despite the reviews. My food is always hot and up to par with pickup and delivery orders

Im very disappointed with this experience. The door was locked and no one would answer. It was 7pm and the website and google both said they were open until 11. It was very obvious they were ignoring us. They never stepped out once. They just simply continued to go about their business. I made eye contact with some of them multiple times. We tried calling them to see what was up, both me and 2 other people, and it never went through. After about 10 minutes of standing and knocking on the door I went to the back door curbside pickup area. The man running it kindly got someone from the front and only then did the FINALLY tell me that they werent seating. Every time I go to chilis they always have a problem. But this was the most frustrating. I wont say never go to Chilis because I love Chilis, but I dont recommend this one.

We had to wait at least 10 mins to be seated
Then another 15 to order food
We waited almost 45 mins to get the food
Waiter said system rebooted and they didnt know what we ordered. There were only two other customers in the restaurant at the time so there was no need in making us wait so long for service.
Needless to say we wont be back or recommending this restaurant to anyone
But if you can get past the long wait the food was very good
