service done - PUMP OUT SEPTIC TANK - Another company recommended them, & dispatched them. Paid Blue Heron Septic to have this done. Employee told me it was done and where solid tank hatch was located. 3 months later, septic broke AGAIN. NEVER PUMPED, & burned up pump motor, LITERALLY! Three hundred gallon grey water tank almost boiling, & melted PVC pipe connected to pump motor. Different company pumped tank & actually found hatch. I was there & took pictures. It was NEVER pumped. Called owner complained, owner had contempt for anyone complaining & my referral to file with BBB. He was proud & contempt to not be a member of BBB. BEWARE, WATCH EVERYTHING THEY DO. I will NOT have the Blue Heron do ANYTHING EVER AGAIN. Recommended or not!!! Called my normal septic company who sent Blue Heron. Told them I LOST major trust points with them also. They are a BBB member. Filed formal BBB complaint today for FULL refund any apology.
NO LONG REBUTTLE ALLOWED !!!
