Bad experience Had a mobile order that took 30 minutes to receive and the lady in the drive thru had a terrible attitude.

My husband and I stopped here today and went through the drive thru to pick up our mobile order. We ordered two combo meals and it took well over 30 minutes for the order to be ready. Normally I wouldnt complain as long as the food was fresh and correct since I spent 7 years working in the fast food industry myself; however, nearly the entire order was wrong. The burgers were not made right, they were literally smothered in the wrong sauces and toppings and we did not eat the meals. We contacted customer service to request a refund and were met with the solution of coupons. We do not live here nor do we live near a Burger King, so coupons are completely useless to us, but that was the ONLY solution we were provided with since apparently they cannot issue refunds. If you cannot issue refunds, can you at least teach your employees to read so that they dont completely mess up the orders (because clearly whoever made our order did not read the receipt)? We wont be back :)
