I actually had to wait for my wifi to turn back on to submit this review. There is absolutely nothing redeeming about this service. The customer service, rates, and worst of all the connection, are the poorest attempt at giving a service to a costumer I have ever seen. Our wifi is down more than it is connected. You could receive better connection with two cans and a wire. The only reason I can even fathom that this place is still in business is because they are the only provider on the south side of the service road. This company is a main reason I despise having to live in Ruston. Im writing a petition to google after typing this out to allow for negative stars so that I may come back and rate this company as low as possible.

I have Optimum & they are not the best in the world. They tell you that your bill will be one price & then a few months later, it will be another jacked up price. Optimum isn't the worth the money that you have to pay.

Someone please tell me there are more internet providers other than optimum..I spend more time on the phone with them than i do enjoying what I'm so called paying for..every other day or night the Internet just stops and I'm tired of it!!! Any new recommendations would be greatly appreciated..
