Ms. Sheila V,I had a very unpleasant experience with your floral business.  On Feb 15th, I ordered two bouquets to be delivered to my dear friend's home, one for Feb 16th for her daughter's birthday and the other for Feb 17th for her birthday.  When I texted my friend to wish her a happy birthday, I thought it was odd that she did not mention the birthday bouquets.  My friend did not receive them.  I called your business and left a message on Feb 18th to inquire why the bouquets were not delivered. This morning, Feb 20th, my phone call was returned.  I spoke to Ms. Julie.  I was told that neither my friend nor I could be reached by cell phone, so the driver did not leave the flowers.  I found this strange, because I checked my phone records and there was no record of a call or a phone message from your business. I received other messages, though. Ms. Julie stated that she thought that my phone had been disconnected because I did not pay my bill!  I then asked if there had been a problem with my credit card transaction.  She confirmed there was no  problem.  I could not believe what she said about my phone, so I asked her if I had understood her correctly.  She verified that I had.  I have never been treated so poorly by a business.  I was so disappointed that I cancelled my $198 purchase.  I called back and spoke to Ms. Karen to report how I was treated. With that conversation, there was an additional twist to the first communication made by Ms. Julie, which makes me doubt your business transparency. You have lost my patronage, not that it seems to matter. I grew up in LA and graduated from LSU. My husband and I now live in WA state, but we have not abandoned our southern manners. For the sake of southern hospitality, good business practices and retired military customers like my husband and I, please have your staff practice better etiquette.

I called from out of town on a Saturday morning for a delivery to a funeral on Sunday. Their customer service was above and beyond and the arrangement they created was more than Id expected. I would definitely suggest using them.
