Do NOT rent from this slumlord! Very unprofessional and does not care about tenants only their money and whatever he can get done for pennies on the dollar! All of his trailers are FEMA trailers and infested with mold and his answer to the problem is to force you to move!!! Especially if you or your children get injured on the property! So save yourselves the hassle and don't even bother with this poor excuse of a so called landlord, tacho should stick to construction and stop renting trailers and leave the landlord business to someone who actually cares about tenants
My husband slipped and fell while holding our 2yr old in this slosh pit of a yard which resulted in his ivf filter breaking from impact and the baby's femur breaking! And this joke acted like he has no property insurance and that it's just our problem and to take it up with our own medical insurance or just deal with it...
If I could give ZERO stars I would!!!
