      Sink Area: found multiple hairs
      Floors: need to be vacuumed
      Towels: hand towels yellow + found hair in one
      Sheets: appeared to be clean

      Thank you for making us aware of your deficiencies. I am so sorry you did not report them to us during your stay or at checkout so that we could have assisted you. I have forwarded this to our head of housekeeping as this is very unusual for our rooms. We did inspect the towels prior to checkout and did not notice anything, but I will recommend to our laundry team to use less bleach as sometimes this can cause yellowing. Our windows are not dirty. There is a flaw in the glass in that room and unfortunately there is nothing that can be done. I do hope you had a great time in New Orleans.
