Gates never work. One elevator is always damaged. Cars get broken into in the parking lot. Trash in the floors. Dirty carpets,Bugs.

Would not recommend the maintenance people let anyone in to your apartment with out confirming if the person lives the .. my sister was assaulted today due to there lack of confirming if someone is a resident.. and letting that person in when calling to let the leasing office to let them know what happened all the had to say is oh okay do not move here unless you are comfortable with random people being let it to your apartment

This is the perfect place for our little family. Its a very convenient location. I am a student at LSUHSC and it only takes me 4 min to get to school.
The residents are nice and friendly. The apartments are very spacious with lots of natural light. Washer and dryer in the unit and free parking garage!
Mathew, the leasing agent, worked with our schedule to make sure we had a smooth move in and was extremely helpful and welcoming.
Overall we are enjoying our stay so far!

My mother Darlinda Payton resides at this complex and she has nothing but praises for the staff. Mr. E the maintenance worker serviced her washer and dryer the next day after she put in a service request. Ms. Cassandra and the rest of the office staff are very professional. Any problems my mom has Ms. Cassandra doesn't hesitate to help her. Thank you all for taking care of my mother. It is very much appreciated. I highly recommend this place.she really feels safe here.
