      image Check in was smooth. We had two queen beds on the 4th floor, no issues with the room. Would have been nice if we were told housekeeping was not daily and that it needed to be requested on the 3rd night. Location was great, it was walking distance to everything, and not noisy that you would be awake in the middle of the night. Convenient to have a small kitchenette . Some issues with the elevators, but it was only for like an afternoon. Was able to do laundry there too!

      image After nearly 10 years of Titanium a/o Ambassador level stays with Marriott, I would have expected an upgrade. Perhaps I should have stayed at Hilton hotel across the street.

      image Lovely place! Poor costumer service when checking in. Banking Authorization number required to check in.
      My banking institution does not use this Authorization number.
      This left me with confusion and embarrement in front of a lobby full of people. Management talked in circles and did not make things easier.
      When paying for this high end hotel I should not have had this situation!
      Rooms: Fully stocked
      Safety: Nice area
