Do not let these ppl hold your money! If you are buying you can refuse and let a title company that you select hold it! They will take you on a 1-2 week ride to get it back with lie after lie!

We had a terrible experience with Latter & Blum and would want to warn everybody against them. We worked with a very unprofessional agent, Anna, who simply couldn't do her job. She couldn't write an offer, put together a contract and wouldn't pass any information from the buyer side. We therefore asked the Head Office for help and got the Director of Sales involved. She has done nothing to help! We had to communicate directly with the sellers title company to finalize the purchase. This is not what you pay the 6% commission for. New Orleans is full of great agents, you just won't find one at Latter & Blum!
