I had to come on here to share my experience working with Dustin Poch on my hurricane claim. This was my first home I have ever had to make a claim on so I was super nervous and didnt know what to expect. Mr. Poche was very professional. He walked me through all of the steps by explaining the process and telling me what I could expect next. He took the time to answer all my questions very quickly and directly. Dealing with insurance companies and mortgage companies was such a daunting thought but he told me exactly what I needed to do/say to ease my mind.
