This is comparing apples to oranges regarding price. In BHM the same oil change and inspection is 40% less. other wise, good service.

The salesman charged me for the road hazard coverage on my tire without asking me if I wanted to add that; it added $37 to my already expensive tire! Of course, I didn't realize this until I paid and got the invoice. They should at least be upfront as I did not want to add this coverage.
Also, I made the appointment online and called the number first to make sure they did have my appointment slot and tire. I was put on hold but then told yes all was confirmed. I went in, expecting to pay $100 less than what I ended up paying for one tire because when I got there I was told that the only tire they had in stock was a Goodyear and that it would cost me $350 for one tire. When I asked about the Cooper tire that it said they had in stock online, the salesman told me that he could maybe get it in for the next day but it would cost me $323 with all the fees (not the $242 that it quoted online). Being I was there and needed the tire I decided to just get the one in stock.
We have used this business before but will not use them in the future.
UPDATE:
I did contact customer service as was advised from their response to me below. The customer service agent made good with the sale and is refunding me for the warranty that I never agreed to. Customer service for their head company is definitely a 5 star! Unfortunately, for the New Iberia location itself I can't say the same.

I have been going here for years. Bought a brand new set of tires a while back and purchased the additional warranty. Went in to get my tire fixed again. My tires have NEVER been balanced or rotated although I've been in there at least 4 times with tire issues since purchasing tires. I went in for low pressure. Walked out paying over $425. Was told I needed an alignment and a brand new tire and got ZERO discount on it. Even though he agreed the employees should have balanced and rotated each time I went in. That was my 3rd tire repair. First one I got the tire free, next time a slight discount and this time no discount at all. What's the point of having an addiction warranty if it doesn't save the money I was told it would save? If my tires had been balanced and rotated each time like they were supposed to be done I would have known about the alignment being off. And the tire wouldn't have been in that condition. The way the situation was handled, I will NEVER be back to not only that location , but, this company in general. I will be purchasing a new set of tires in a few months and am taking my future business elsewhere!!!! And I will make sure to tell everyone I know that I think the way they are running things is extremely shady.
