      image Have had to wait in line for 30+ minutes for a single item multiple times, food has been cold. I am a catholic so I bought a fish sandwhich on a Friday during Lent, but was given a chicken sandwhich. This is just the latest example of being given the wrong food item and the one that prompted me to write this review. My experiences at most Popeyes have been fine, but this one always seems to either make a mistake, take forever, or both.

      image Restaurant was dirty. The workers didn't even acknowledge me for 15 minutes. Shrimp were not full shrimp. Four of my shrimp were just tails.

      image Walked in very dirty lids everywhere. All workers in the back non in the front. Two gentlemen was standing there already. They had to of been there ten minutes are long. Finally a worker came around the counter and didnt say one word to her customers. Nothing and walked away. Got a mans order and then still never came to take an order. So me and my family walked out. Very pour service. This is for both of them in Natchitoches in
