The ladys that work here are GREAT very helpful BUT chase the bank it self is the worse bank Ive ever had to deal with I opened a account they locked it 2 days later couldnt tell me why I went to the branch they got it back open then they closed it the same day this happened 2 times and NOBODY can tell me why no matter who I call

Had a home mortgage with this company. Divorced from husband who was on original loan. Sold home and they sent a refund check to him AND me.We cannot deposit as we are no longer together and do not have a joint account. Sent them a copy of final divorce judgement. Called today to check status of refund and am told the document is not sufficient. Now the need a "settlement agreement" which I do not have. I told them to keep the refund.I will never do business with Chase again and do not recommend them.They are not helpful at all.
