He seemed extremely uninterested in even diagnosing the car. Whats the point of having your information online for assistance if youre choosing who to provide a service to? Horrible.

I found Jacques (Glenn) about two months ago when the trunk latch on my Audi broke suddenly - leaving me with a trunk I was unable to close and after attempting to tie it down several times and failing - I was left using a large brick wrapped in a towel to keep it down. Obviously I was unable to drive anywhere with an open trunk and at the time I was unaware that mobile mechanics existed. Fortunately - after multiple phone calls that only resulted in other mechanics telling me they refused to work on Audi or they don't work on "cosmetic" issues and some unbelievably expensive quotes - I called Jacques. Not only was he at my house the next day - he had the trunk latch replaced in less than an hour and at a literal fraction of the cost. He is polite - very well spoken and above all he is HONEST. His prices are FAIR to the consumer. He does not mark up parts the way most places do and his rates do not leave you in a position of having to refinance your house to pay for mechanical services. Two months later - the water pump assembly went out on the same car and I called him immediately. I was able to leave the car with him and he returned it to me a short while later with not only a new water pump assembly but after having made several other repairs he suggested and I could not be happier with my car - his service or the total price. Anywhere else I would have paid 4X the amount on labor and more than likely - speaking from experience - paid mark ups of up to 500% on parts. That is NOT an exaggeration. I trust him completely. Finding a mechanic you can trust who charges fair rates on labor and parts - who takes pride in and guarantees his work - who will ensure that other small issues are dealt with before they become major problems - who will make sure you are taken care of in a timely manner and does not leave you feeling ripped off and taken advantage of is a rare thing these days. He has truly been a blessing as I do not believe I could have afforded these repairs going elsewhere. After years of looking for and going to different mechanics and breaking my wallet on simple repairs and routine maintenance - I feel like I can rest and drive easy knowing I have a reliable mechanic I can turn to when needed. I cannot recommend him enough!! He was an absolute pleasure to work with and kept me informed every step of the way. I don't know much about mechanics but he always explains everything to me in a way that makes me feel like I understand exactly what he is doing and why. He has gained a lifetime client
