Sensible Meals has been one of the easiest and certainly the best tasting thing I have done for weight loss. I previously was on Medifast (now known as Optavia) and while I had success on it, it was not sustainable or affordable, and I definitely missed real food. Sensible Meals checked all the boxes for me of what I was needing from a diet program, and I'm proud to be a repeat customer when the times have called for it.

Excellent Customer service! This company went above and beyond to change my pick up location when on vacation. The food is wonderful and portion just right! I am so pleased with the taste and variety! I struggled for so long to see results and lost 20lbs plus in my first month. Month two has been successful as well! Excited that my kids and husband love the meals too AND we are saving money!!!

I've subscribed for about a year. Excellent value for tasty food with no preservatives. The program makes it easy to eat healthy. Packaging allows for easy meal prep. Friendly and helpful customer service folks.

I have enjoyed sensible Meals for a few years now. The food is phenomenal. This program helped me get ready for my wedding. I cannot reccomend this enough. My husband now wants a shipment.
