I get the most amazing facials here!! My fav is the Dermaplane, which shaves all the hair off your face revealing smoother, brighter skin. Makeup looks extremely smoother and professional after this procedure. Its affordable and so worth it!!!

I got a hydrafacial last week after a few weeks of being away for work and needing a refresh. I asked for a consult over the phone and mentioned potentially wanting to add a chemical peel. Once I got to the appointment there didnt seem to be any time for a consult and the esthetician handed me a pamphlet for some micro needling procedure. I have had hydrafacials before at different spas and had good experiences.
The machine broke halfway through, Im not totally sure which step we were on but after trying to fix it the esthetician gave up and put me under a red lamp for a bit. I understand that this is a medspa and not a day spa so I expected things to be more clinical but there was no sort of relaxation aspect of the service at all. I was there for about 30 minutes. To top it off, Im now extremely broken out in places that I have never broken out in before.
When I was paying no one asked how the service was. I was hyping myself up to say something, not something I typically do, but I didnt get the chance. Ive never once left a review for a spa or beauty service but breaking out on top of the expensive and disappointing service pushed me to do it.

I love this little hidden gem. Karra and the entire staff make you feel comfortable and welcome. The best part for me is they are truly concerned and understand the customers needs and wants. I live on a strict budget and value their recommendations, I love their honesty and help with planning. These ladies make you beautiful both inside and out. They will love a blister on you. Their office manager Annalise goes above and beyond with her guidance and help with all my questions and concerns.
