Absolutely horrible horrible horrible ! And see, these are the ones that give New Orleans a bad name. When you are trying to GIVE THEM MONEY and they are still ignorant, there's no hope for the future. This Brittney chick, or whoever are there working the phones, in their New Orleans/Southeast region are horrible. When dealing with customers you have to be that kind of person that actually wants to do it. I was nice, all the way to the end. I never cursed, nothing. The directions given were not clear. They kept transferring me to a blank extension, without verbal notice. Her tone was short, rude and unprofessional. She also decided to hang the phone up in my face as I was explaining to this uneducated fth. Lord knows I can say some stuff about them down there. There's no corporate number or anyone you can report poor professionalism to. Be careful renting from these folks. If they can't even manage this properly, how will they manage any breakdown of the units or anything else they're responsible for. Mind you, Mrs Dora is from New Orleans, born and raised and she was embarrassed and angered by their behavior.
Two ladies who tried to view a property listed. We didn't get to view it, and they were horrible to enteract with.

Mrs Ethel and her associates are easy to deal with. I have no problems with leaving them in charge of my property and can get in touch with them with ease.
