Deanna went above and beyond!!! I never write reviews, but she has some of the best customer service Ive ever experienced!!! She is so so sweet and helpful and her brother was nice too!!

The worst experience I ever had I explained to the manager I did not want the cdw and she still put it on there and would not credit the 11.00 dollars back and would not return the call at all I explained I would report her to her higher authority and she says do what you have to do she should be fired for doing fraud.

The manager at this location, Diana, was extremely rude & unprofessional.
The freeze got in our way and I was not able to return truck on time, when she called you accused me of telling lies and that the freeze did not effect my rental. I told her how would you know that the freeze didnt effect me. She demanded that no matter what, I had to return the truck the next day. I hung up the phone in her face. A week later she calls again and threatens that if I dont return the truck that she will report it missing. I told her that this threatening game is not professional and will not make me return the truck earlier. I made it clear to her that I will return the truck as soon as I am able to and that I am paying for the daily rental fee. I then hung up the phone in her face due to her rudeness.
Im extremely unhappy with this treatment and didnt accept this from a u haul manager. I simply expected better treatment.
I do not recommend this location because of the unprofessionalism of its manager
