Living at the Villas is like living on vacation! The staff is always friendly & ready to help in any way they can. Soon we will be moving on but we have really enjoyed our stay here while it lasted!

I am a current tenant with an unresolved appliance issue for 5 months. I have had several techs here to attempt to repair one refrigerator. The wrong parts have been ordered on numerous occasions. I've escalated my concerns up to the corporate level and to date... my refrigerator is broken. This is completely absurd. I have gone through 2 major holidays with loss of food and now to have my medication ruined because it is being subjected to unfavorable temperatures is just beyond me. I find it insulting that you would continue to advertise an available apartment here when the occupied apartments aren't being maintained. Either give me the fridge from your advertised apartment or buy new appliances. The appliances are extremely dated. My monthly payments are timely.

Wanna know what it is really like to live at The Villas at Laketown? Ive been a resident for going on 5 years. Contact me via email and Ill gladly share my experiences. I have seen many managers come and go throughout the years, but Ive never been talked to so rudely and degrading as the current manager. The property at The Villas isnt maintained as it once was when I first moved in. Maintenance requests get put on the back burner. Then, they only have one Maintenance Supervisor for 75 properties as I was told today, and if you have a maintenance issue that requires escalation to the Maintenance Supervisor, youll be waiting indefinitely - they cannot give you a date or time that maintenance will come into your apartment. This summer, I had an A/C leak in the hallway for over 3 weeks. I was told they would send the carpet cleaner to extract the water, but that never happened. Moreover, the property Manager feels that she can speak to you very rudely and that is OKAY. The latest issue is the Property Apartment Manager is more interested in having paying residents vehicles towed that are parked in front of their apartments garage, rather then making residents feel safe and secure in the gated community. Management does NOT appreciate long-term residents for their loyalty of being a 1st Lake customer. Ive seen many residents come and go. The photos on the website are photoshopped with filters because the property does not look like that in person.
