I have been a loyal Diamond Medallion member and Delta clearly does not value my business or me as a customer. They continue to forget my meals on flights. This is my 3rd flight in a row where the food was left off. The response from the Delta supervisors was illogical as they informed me that since they continue to make the same mistake, they cannot further compensate me. They are basically punishing me for their continued mistakes. I will be moving both my Delta business credit cards as well as my personal cards to an airlines that values their customers. I have also spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue unsuccessfully. I have done everything Delta has asked and they continue to repeat the same mistake.

Incompetent. We stood in line for over an hour with maybe 20 people waiting and then they moved us to a different line that was 3x as long. It was ridiculous the instruction on which line.
