My disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. While the accommodations were decent, I found the pricing to be overrated. I had booked online for a two-night stay at a rate of $$$, only to be informed upon arrival that the price had changed due to the hotel being overbooked. This resulted in an additional charge that I believe was unfair, as I had secured my reservation well in advance.
Furthermore, I was dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided, as well as the malfunctioning air conditioner in my room. Additionally, I was taken aback when a housekeeper entered my room without knocking, despite the "do not disturb" sign on the door.
It's not worth the money to stay.

This hotel was a great choice!!! I was worried because I hadn't seen good reviews, but I'm glad that I got to see for myself! The room was great!! Housekeeping was very efficient at cleaning the room. They came in and wiped everything down, and it showed! I have no complaints and I will stay there again next time I come to New Orleans!!

We were here for 4 nights had to call for new towels. No room service, but besides that, it was good. Convenient location.

Horrible Experience !!
Book a room for two nights for a wedding that I was attending.The first night was great.We came back the second night to our door keys no longer working ..Went down to front desk just to get told that we no longer had a room there and that they system didnt even show that we stayed at the hotel the previous night(While Im staying there with 3 hotel keys for the room) and that someone else was in the room ..The employee couldnt tell me where my personal belongings were that I left in the room ..We had to drive 2 hours home at 2:48am after being under the influence..Call the next day just to get told that it would be a 25$ fee to mail me my personal item.Like Im the reason I didnt have them ..
This was a NIGHTMARE!!
