Completely satisfied with the customer service and the work Ryan performed on my truck. My truck broke down right before the New Years. All the other local shops refused to take in any new jobs until after the holidays, but not Harmons. My truck was picked up and diagnosed within a day. They even pointed out a few other repairs I needed to take care of that were overdue. After a little back and forth with my extended warranty company, parts were ordered and the repairs were done within the promised timeframe. They took care of my vehicle the entire time and made sure I was updated every step of the way. Think I just found my new favorite shop.

I wouldnt use this service if they were paying me. Our motor home broke down in Alexandria, LA. We needed to have to towed to Lake Charles. This company came highly recommended by the Cummins Service Center that was to repair our coach. Unfortunately, they were not the least bit interested in doing the job. They said that it would be a week before they could do the job. Theyre in the business of helping people in emergency situations. I guess I will plan my next break down a week in advance so as not to inconvenience the TOWING company.
