Had to repeat my order three times. I could hear them playing around over the speaker. I ordered a ten piece and two , large spicy rice. Get my order and go home.
I find , they charged me for the rice but didnt put it in the bag. So. I call. The young lady that answers says. How do we know you ain't just trying to get more ?

It's approximately 5:30 on 7/09. I just came through the drive thru. The lady working appeared to be all the front jobs by herself. Even alone, we didn't have a long wait and all the food was fresh. She made sure everything we needed (napkins, sporks, etc.) was in the bag already. Even though she was doing the work of multiple employees, she had the best attitude and usual average wait times. I didn't think to ask her name, but she should be recognized.

This place is a literal joke. Tonight was the fourth time in a row I’ve been and was told I would have to wait 9 minutes for chicken. The staff is just as useless as a Chicken place with no chicken.
